What to confirm before bulk waterproof sock production
A clear sample checklist helps private label buyers reduce revisions and keep the waterproof sock project moving toward production.
1. Fit and wearing comfort
Check size grading, cuff tension, stretch recovery, toe seam feel and shoe compatibility. Waterproof socks are usually thicker than regular socks, so the target footwear matters.
2. Waterproof use condition
Test the sample in the expected use environment: rain, puddles, wet grass, boat decks, snow or muddy work sites. Remind buyers that water can still enter from the cuff if the water level is higher than the sock opening.
3. Branding and packaging
Confirm logo position, color, size label, hang tag, polybag, box, barcode, warning text and carton marks. Packaging should match the selling channel, whether the buyer sells through Amazon, outdoor retail, distributors or private label stores.
4. Bulk order details
Before confirming production, align the final quantity, color ratio, size ratio, packing method, inspection requirements and delivery plan. Written confirmation helps keep the waterproof sock program consistent from sample to shipment.
